Works for various chamber music ensembles
"Die fragmentierte Wahrnehmung", the tenth CD in the Wohlhauser Edition released by NEOS, contains eight works for various chamber music ensembles.
The three works with the largest ensembles are the title work Die fragmentierte Wahrnehmung</em, Concertino Nr. 1 für Flöte und Ensemble, and Concertino Nr. 2 für Klarinette und Ensemble. This CD also includes Piano Trio No. 2, Trios for Soprano, Violin, and Piano No. 1 and No. 2, and Duo for Flute and Violoncello No. 2. The CD concludes with the solo work Marmamorais, dedicated to flutist Claudia Weissbarth, who also recorded it for this CD.
In Die fragmentierte Wahrnehmung and the two trios, René Wohlhauser set his own poems to music.
