Entscheidende Impulse empfing er jedoch in seinem Privatunterricht bei Marek Kopelent. Seine Werke, in denen Smolka verschiedene Formen der Mikrotonalit\u00e4t anwendet, werden heute auf allen Festivals f\u00fcr zeitgen\u00f6ssische Musik aufgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Von 1983 bis 1998 war Smolka k\u00fcnstlerischer Leiter und Pianist des Prager Ensembles AGON, einer Gruppe, die sich auf die Auff\u00fchrung unkonventioneller zeitgen\u00f6ssischer Musik spezialisiert hat. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist er auch in der experimentellen Theaterszene t\u00e4tig, unterrichtet und erforscht die theoretische Reflexion der tschechischen Avantgardestr\u00f6mung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
