Biography:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

John Fiore<\/strong>\u00a0ist seit 2009 Musikdirektor der Den Norske Opera & Ballett in Oslo. Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte er die Position des Chefdirigenten der Deutschen Oper am Rhein inne. 2000\u20132008 war er au\u00dferdem Generalmusikdirektor der D\u00fcsseldorfer Symphoniker. John Fiore wurde in New York geboren und konnte schon fr\u00fch ein gro\u00dfes Repertoire vorweisen. Ab 1986 arbeitete er f\u00fcr Zubin Mehta beim Maggio Musicale Fiorentino und f\u00fcr Daniel Barenboim bei den Bayreuther Festspielen. Pr\u00e4gend war f\u00fcr ihn die Arbeit mit Leonard Bernstein. Seit seinem ersten Dirigat im Jahr 1991 ist John Fiore gerngesehener Gast am Pult der Metropolitan Opera in New York und zahlreicher anderer bedeutender Opernh\u00e4user und Konzertorchester weltweit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
