Biography:
Uwe Kropinski, born in Berlin in 1952, began playing the guitar at the age of 14. He initially played rock music and switched to jazz and improvised music in 1976. He studied jazz and classical guitar at the Hanns Eisler Music Academy in Berlin. Concert tours have taken him to many European countries, the USA, South America and Africa.
Uwe Kropinski lived in Cologne from 1986 to 1998, today he lives in Berlin.
