Biography:
Jochen Tschabrun studied i.a. with Prof. Alois Brandhofer at the Mozarteum Salzburg and with Peter Geisler at the Orchestra Academy of the Berlin Philharmonic. Before his engagement as principal clarinetist with the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra, he was deputy principal clarinetist with the Berliner Symphoniker. With the Orsolino Quintet he has won several prizes at the ARD Music Competition and also won the German Music Competition with this ensemble.
